Introduction

Prospect Cottage is a white render two storey property, located within Prospect Farm Holidays complex.
Prospect Farm Holidays is situated in the village of East Brent, mid-way between the seaside towns of Weston Super Mare (approx 5miles) and Burnham-on-Sea (approx 3 miles).
The property is adjoining Prospect Farm House on Strowlands lane.
The house has two bedrooms on the first floor and additional sofa beds on the ground floor.

Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking

  • There is a spacious private main car park for Prospect Farm Holiday guests which is located at the rear of Prospect Cottage, accommodating 12 cars at capacity.
  • The car park is levelled, gravelled, flat and even.
  • Parking to the rear of the property within 15 meters.
  • The key for the back door entrance will be provided upon arrival.

Entrance to Property

  • The entrance to the property is via the back door.
  • Directly outside the back door is a small picket fenced area with 65cm wide gate. A combination of gravel and slate/slab path to the door.
  • There is a 9cm threshold step.
  • The outside light beside the entrance door is switched on from the inside of the property, the light switch is on the left hand side as you enter the property furthest from the door in a bank of two switches. On approach in the dark the outside light on the corner of the property is activated by a sensor.

Back door entrance to Kitchen

  • The back door to kitchen is 62cm wide and the keyhole is 111cm high.
  • This door leads directly into the kitchen.

  • Flooring is beige vinyl with kitchen mats in contrast colours.
